grouselllu provides professional catering services including but not limited to:

• Corporate event catering
• Wedding catering services

Booking and Contracts

All catering services are subject to availability and confirmation. A binding contract is formed when:

• You accept our written quote or proposal
• A signed catering agreement is executed by both parties
• Required deposits are received

We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms include:

• Deposit required upon booking confirmation
• Final payment due as specified in the catering agreement
• Late payment charges may apply for overdue accounts
• Additional charges for changes to confirmed orders

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the event date and services booked:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 25% refund of deposit
• Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund
• Force majeure events may be subject to different terms

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate guest counts and dietary requirements
• Ensuring venue access and appropriate facilities
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses
• Providing safe working conditions for our staff
• Timely communication of any changes

Food Safety and Allergies

grouselllu maintains high food safety standards and holds appropriate certifications. However, clients must inform us of all allergies and dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens in our kitchen environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including recipes, menus, photographs, and written materials, is the intellectual property of grouselllu B.V. and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

grouselllu's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from venue limitations or third-party actions
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.

Insurance and Indemnification

grouselllu maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Clients agree to indemnify grouselllu against claims arising from the client's negligence or breach of these terms.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, specifically the courts competent for Eindhoven, North Brabant.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. For formal disputes, we may engage in mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the event giving rise to the dispute.

Modifications to Terms

grouselllu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
